Before you write
- Attach drawings, sketches, or reference imagery (Pinterest boards welcome).
- Share colour, coating, or material preferences—there are no arbitrary limits on our side.
- Note desired go-live, opening date, or snow/rain constraints for exterior work.
- Call out access, utilities, ventilation, or landlord rules that could affect install.
- Mention if you want optional care programmes (e.g. scheduled exterior refreshes) bundled with metal scope.
Prefer a live workshop call?
Mention your time zone—we will screen-share markups on your drawings. If something needs to change after install, we document revisions the same way we did on legacy perimeter programmes: clearly, with costs upfront.
